Many of us have heard that it takes "21 days" of performing a task for a habit to develop.

However, based on the research, it takes about 18-254 days with 66 days as the average. Sounds daunting? With the right strategy, it really isn't. Join Patrick Service, Personal Trainer, for an interactive lecture/workshop as he shares a Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely approach you can implement for the purpose of developing the habit of exercise.

South Regional Library opened in 2010 to replace the Parkwood Branch of the Durham County Library. This 27,300 sq ft building offers meeting space, public computers, free WiFi, and access to printing and fax services.
