You're never too old to read YA!

A book club for older teens (16+) and adults who enjoy reading Young Adult Fiction. Each month we will read a different book and then meet to discuss it. Meetings are typically the fourth Thursday of each month (with a few exceptions) at 7 pm at the Starbucks located at 4834 NC Hwy 55 in Durham. A limited number of copies of the books are available for check out at the information desk of the South Regional Library and we also have digital copies of many of the titles. 

May 23rd - Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

June 27th- Meeting Cancelled. We will discuss two books on July 25th: 

I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter by Erika Sanchez

and Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor 

August 22nd- Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys

About the branch

South Regional Library opened in 2010 to replace the Parkwood Branch of the Durham County Library. This 27,300 sq ft building offers meeting space, public computers, free WiFi, and access to printing and fax services.
