Join local author Rosemary Poole-Carter to hear how she researched the characters of her latest historical novel, Only Charlotte. Her tale of mystery and intrigue in New Orleans was inspired by the reading habits of 19th-century women. Poole-Carter’s real-life models joined book clubs, educated themselves, and challenged the patriarchy. Books will be available for sale.
