Learn the three key steps of meditation.

Join Dr. Rich Seader, long time meditator, as he discusses the meditation process and breaks it down into the three key steps that need to be mastered in order to have successful meditations. Daily exercises are given to help strengthen these steps. People at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced meditation levels have benefited from these techniques.
