For March, our theme is SEEDS! Poppy, fennel, cumin, coriander, flax . . . the list of seeds used in cooking goes on and on.
Seeds show up everywhere in the menu, from appetizers to desserts to snacks.
You can find your recipe in any book or other source. A few links are provided below to get you started.
Instead of (or in addition to) cooking a dish with seeds, you might consider sprouting some seeds. Here's a resource for that.
