In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, we will be screening a new documentary, First Lady of the Revolution.

In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, we will be screening a new documentary, First Lady of the Revolution. Alabama debutante Henrietta Boggs traveled to Costa Rica in 1941. She met and married Jose ‘Don Pepe’ Figueres and began a “…decade-long journey through activism, exile, and political upheaval.” Come see this remarkable film, followed by a Q&A with local experts on the region. This screening was made possible with support from BB&T Bank.
